Do I need mat and reformer Pilates experience to join?+
No, we welcome all skill levels.
Is airport transportation provided?+
Yes — airport transfers to/from Lisbon International Airport are included in your trip.
What are my payment options?+
You may choose to pay in full upfront, but you only need to pay the €550 non-refundable deposit today to secure your spot. Half of your existing balance will be automatically processed on March 20, 2027 with the remaining balance processed on June 20, 2027.
What's your cancellation policy?+
The €550 deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel before May 20, 2027, you will receive whatever you have paid to date minus the €550 deposit back.
What should I pack?+
- 1 liter (minimum) water bottle or water bladder
- Day pack
- Hiking shoes / sneakers
- Sunscreen
- Sunglasses
- Hat
- Bathing suit
- Water-safe shoes
- Sun shirt (if you're prone to burning on the boat)
- Workout attire (Pilates socks are optional - we flow barefoot!)
- Comfies for evening lounge time
- Eye mask (if you'd like for sound healing)
- 1 outfit for a Lisbon food and wine experience
